Matthew Altieri This is one of the rare thrash albums that gets better as it goes. "Merciless Murder," Nuclear Strike," and "Victorious Night" in particular take the Destruction school of riffage to a new level of evil melody, with a weird flanged-sounding guitar tone to further spice things up. Great rabid vocals too. Favorite track: Burn this town.

Michael Hojjatie Rip-roaring German thrash with that sound we all know and love, a total "Endless Pain" circle jerk. Get this stat! Favorite track: War of spirits.

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max.
